How do you use Ready, Sweat, Glo Post Workout Dry Shampoo Mist?
If you haven’t already, watch our How To Use video. First give your dry shampoo a quick shake. Next section dirty or sweaty hair, and apply 1-2 sprays to that area from 15-20cm away from the roots. Have a stretch for 1min to let it dry, then work the product through with your fingers and brush out to cleanse. Wash hands after use.
TIP – To speed up to the drying process, blow-dry on cool or use a towel to absorb the excess sweat.

What is a dry shampoo mist?
To avoid the nasty chemical propellants and gases used in aerosol dry shampoos, we created a dry shampoo in a liquid mist format. This means we have included all the high performing natural ingredients that absorb oil and sweat, condition your hair, cleanse the scalp, and absorb odours but left out all the nasty chemicals used in aerosols. It is a powder and liquid combined, that sprays like a standard mist.

What is magnesium oil spray, and how does it work?
Our Muscle Glo Magnesium oil spray is created from natural magnesium flakes from the Tibetan platueau. When applied to the skin, it is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin’s pores, allowing for efficient magnesium absorption. Simply, very little effort for a fab result.

My skin is tingling when I am using it. Is this normal?
Feeling a tingle? – it is definitely normal! If the tingle is too much, ease off the number of sprays. As your magnesium levels improve, the tingle will fade away.
How quickly should I notice a change after starting Muscle Glo?
