We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, however, if your Glósóli Sport goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please contact us at contact@glosolisport.com so we can organise a solution. All products are applicable for a refund if contacted and returned within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Refund of shipping costs and return postage charges
We recommend you send it back via a tracked service to ensure the goods are returned to us safely. Glósóli Sport is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and shipping charges are non-refundable. Glósóli Sport is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of goods during the return process.
